Terms of Service

Ticker Legend is a free fantasy crypto prediction game. Players build a weekly roster of six starting coins plus up to four bench coins, rank their starters, and are scored against real market price action over a seven-day contest.

Ticker Legend is not a trading platform, exchange, broker, investment advisor or gambling service. No real cryptocurrency is bought, sold, held or transferred through the game, and nothing on the site is financial advice.

Every league is free to enter. There are no entry fees, deposits, withdrawals, prize pools, rake or cash payouts of any kind.

Season points and skill ratings have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn. They exist only to rank players and track standing.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts are removed from standings, and any points earned on them are forfeited.

One lineup per player per contest. Multi-entry hedging is not allowed.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You agree not to exploit bugs, manipulate prices or feeds, use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage, collude with other players, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of a contest.

We may void contests, adjust scores, remove players from standings or suspend accounts where fairness is compromised. Staff and their households are excluded from public standings.

Results are published with per-coin start and end prices and remain open to dispute for 24 hours after settlement. Corrections post as ledger adjustments.

Contest prices are 5-minute volume-weighted average prices (VWAP) taken from the median of at least three independent feeds, with outlier rejection. The full scoring, settlement and exception rules are published on the How to Play page and form part of these terms.

If a contest cannot run fairly — for example because of a platform-wide failure at lock or settlement — it may be delayed or voided.

You retain ownership of anything you submit (such as a display name), but you grant us a license to show it in the game, on leaderboards and in shared result cards.

You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful or infringing, and not to impersonate another person.

The Ticker Legend name, logos, design and site content are our property. Coin names, tickers and market data belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable, and scores based on it are final once the dispute window closes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Because the game is free and points have no cash value, our total liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

We may update these terms or the game rules from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued play after a change means you accept it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and you may close your account at any time by contacting us.
